14-day return window
Under Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.22810, you may return a product without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and its packaging is intact. Refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Quality defects
If you find a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Defective items are replaced at no extra cost. Quality warranty applies for 24 months from the purchase date under Lithuanian law.
How to return?
- Email us at info@therma.lt or via the contact form, referencing your order number.
- Attach photos (for quality defects) and a brief description.
- We respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item — we confirm receipt and refund within 14 days.
Exchange for a different size or product
To exchange for a different size or product, let us know within 14 days of receipt. You ship the item back (customer covers return shipping); we ship the replacement free of charge. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced via Paysera.
Non-returnable items
Under Lithuanian law, the following are non-returnable: profiles cut or made-to-order, opened adhesive tubes. Standard cut profiles (65–300mm) are returnable.
